Brief info
Mountain Streams with wild native trout are my preferred places to fish. I usually cast dry flies with bamboo rods because the fish are ready and willing to eat.
I have been President of the Kalamazoo Valley Chapter two times, about twenty years apart. I now serve as the chapter historian and volunteer at chapter events to help teach newcomers to the sport.
My kids both fish and are active in TU as well. Now I am spending time with my two granddaughters teaching them a love for the beautiful places that trout are found in. My eight year old granddaughter hasn’t missed an in person chapter meeting since she was born and she loves to help out at the meetings as well.
