Jeremy is the Great Lakes Stream Restoration Manager based in Michigan's Lower Peninsula. He has over 15 years of experience encompassing a wide range of topics in freshwater research and river restoration. He specializes in aquatic habitat restoration where he oversees multiple stream restoration projects throughout the state aimed at increasing ecosystem connectivity and improving habitat. Jeremy also oversees various freshwater monitoring efforts and invasive species research throughout the region. He has a B.S. in Ecology from Northern Michigan University, and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Biological Sciences with an emphasis in Aquatic Ecology from Oakland University. In his “spare time” he enjoys a variety of outdoor activities such as skiing and fishing, and spending time with his wife and two young boys.
